5 Simple DIY Winter Wreaths with Wayfair
We’ve teamed up with Wayfair to share quick and easy hacks to style your home for a holiday dinner party, whether you’re throwing a last-minute bash or have been planning to host this year for months. These are evergreen winter decor ideas that we’re itching to keep year around. Plus we’ve got 5 simple DIY winter wreaths you can whip up before you ring in the new year! Thank you Sophie Mathewson for the images.
We styled our dining room buffet with items that make great gifts and fun little additions to a registry. The giant round mirror is the infamous Hub Wall Mirror. It comes in a black matte frame and I could honestly hang one in every room of our house. Our credenza is the Archie Sideboard in white lacquer with walnut and chrome legs, which you will be making a few cameos in future shoots next year 🙂
Speaking of furniture and forever pieces, Wayfair has a group gift option, so you can easily register for furniture or bigger ticket items like appliances for your first home. You can leave the smaller items for your bridal shower (wink!). Their registry specialists can help you with everything you need to create a wedding registry that has something for everyone on your guest list because we know guests love picking gifts from your registry just as much!
Here’s another reason or four to consider: the Wayfair Registry offers free shipping on all orders shipped directly to the couple, the convenience of white glove delivery for large items, an extended 90-day return policy, as well as the option to receive a 10 percent “Just-Married” discount on remaining items not purchased. You can start yours right here.
We made a giant wreath using a pine garland that comes in 20-foot lengths from the grocery store. Easiest wreath ever, we just tucked and draped the garland around the mirror frame! The foraged branches came from our backyard, and we added a pop of color using silk flowers from Afloral.
Here are a few more DIY winter wreaths that you can make using just a few materials and trimmings:
