A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Confirm with your event designer for quantities and ask their opinion to keep your wedding vision cohesive
  • Check with your coordinator or planner AND your photographer before placing an order for ceremony programs and order of events. A coordinator will shed light on logistics, and your photographer can guide you on a schedule to take the best photos depending on the light and location available
  • Double-check return policies before purchasing
  • Confirm with your venue what items you’re allowed to bring in before purchasing
  • Check with your floral or event designer if they have hard-to-find items you can rent directly from them, such as vessels, frames, displays, backdrops and even cake stands

We hope this online wedding decor checklist can act as a guide while you work through your wedding to-do list. While you’re planning, keep these hidden fees in mind that will help your budget.
