Southern Oak Tree Wedding Inspiration

There is really nothing more beautiful than giant southern oak trees, Spanish moss hanging from them, and sprawling land behind it. Beyond a doubt, Erin Wilson Photography knew just what she had in mind for these trees when she dreamt up this gorgeous inspiration. Together with Angela Sostarich Photography, the two photography mavens shot an editorial complete with romantic colors, swirling fabrics, and lush florals. My excitement for this shoot is through the roof!

From the photographer, Erin Wilson Photography: A Texas girl living in an Arkansas world. I grew up in Houston Texas and because of the love of my life I relocated to Arkansas to his home town and photograph weddings all over the state. A big part of my heart still yearns for Texas and southern oak trees with spanish moss and just the feeling of the deeper south. I collaborated on a very southern style yet stylish and fresh shoot with many Houston Texas wedding vendors to put together this green, fresh and romantic editorial. We were inspired by shades of green, creamy blush, soft billowy fabrics, romantic florals, soft watercolor tones and the gorgeous oaks at Houston Oaks Country Club.
