From the wedding planner, Bahar Shakor with Shakor & Co Events: This couple is a true power couple! Silpa is a doctor and Preet is a lawyer. Preet and Silpa met through a mutual friend and fell in love! Their wedding was a union of both Sikh and Hindu as they had their Sikh wedding at the Sacramento Gurudwara Temple and their Hindu wedding at the fairmont Sonoma mission inn following the reception.

The couple booked us 5 weeks before their wedding! It was both exciting and fast pace with the planning and design. We wanted the wedding day to look and feel like the couple’s unique day. We planned a few options for the design of wedding and reception, and finally came up with the final plan that best fit the couples style and compliment their venue. The end result was beautiful, a timeless and elegant affair in Sonoma was our overall theme.
