Shelly and Dave’s luxe private villa wedding in Mykonos is one stunner fete. Crystal chandeliers, lucite chairs, lush floral tablescape, and ultra glam wedding guests are enough to turn heads. You know it’s going to be a fine, oh-so-fine wedding when it is designed + planned by The 12 Events, and these stunning images from Sotiris Tskanikas proved us right.

This lush villa Paradiso wedding in Mykonos, much like the majestic views from its four poolside terraces has “island wedding escape” written all over and pretty much sums up the phrase “Heaven is a place on earth with you”. Shelly and Dave flew in their closest US and UK friends and rented Villa Paradiso for both the wedding and everyone’s stay.

The villa comes with its own private chapel, a 17th-century church on the hill overlooking the sea. The 12 Events worked on the villa premises to create a magical welcome space by the pool and set a long table and lounge on the terrace. The gorgeously styled ceremony and dinner could not, of course, go without a Mykonos-style party, a crazy all-nighter with my fun-loving bride and groom dancing the night away next to quaint performers and top-notch DJs.
